The Becker Brau beer factory was built in Germany in 1995 and modernized in 2016, having a capacity of 5000 litres per day. Here, at the beer factory, we combine the traditional and the modern methods.
We use reverse osmosis to bring water to ideal parameters, the water being taken from a 150 meters depth well in Moara Vlasiei Commune. The factory is equipped with a bottling line having a capacity of 10,000 bottles per hour.
The beer is unpasteurized, its validity term being between 6 and 12 months if stored at optimum temperature conditions (not more than 10 0C). The beer can be pasteurized, at customer’s request, its validity term being up to 24 months.
The factory is equipped with two pasteurizers, a Flash Pasteur from Alfa Laval and a Tunnel Pasteur from Krones.
